RULES

There are a few rules you must follow to join the fl.

1. You must be a fan of the character Jezebel Disraeli from the manga serie Hakushaku Cain (Count Cain) created by Kaori Yuki.
2. Please give me your valid e-mail address. Any fake ones won't be accepted.
3. Also, please give me the country that you are from.
4. You don't need to have a website to join. If you have a website, please put up the codes before you join. If you don't have the code up, I won't link your site, but I will list you.
5. If you direct link the codes, your site won't be added. No direct link, please.
6. Any sites containing racism and hentai stuff are not allowed.
7. Please use a descent name, nothing like *+QuEEnOfHeArTs+*.
